Well, as a baker you definitely learn something new every day…. Can’t say I’ve ever heard of CapyBara before, but apparently it’s the largest living rodent in South America !!
Our customer Megan told me her friend Hannah is obsessed with them, so here’s my first Capybara themed cake .
Chocolate sponge with chocolate fudge filling .. with all edible decorations, plus two cupcakes as an added little treat 🥰
