WELLNESS WEEKEND - SPAIN 🧘🏼‍♀️☀️

After a successful retreat with Reset Yoga in Menorca last October we have decided to team up and bring you a wellness weekend with a twist that you won’t want to miss!

It will be taking place in a beautiful villa, set in picturesque mainland Spain equipped with everything you need including an outdoor pool, bbq, terrace & exercise area and will be located just a short walk from the beach.

The weekend will consist of daily sessions led by professionals including yoga, sound healing, mediation, breathwork and exercise classes with a live DJ.

We will also have a private chef living with us catering for all of our food needs including buffet breakfasts and sunset BBQs with live music.

We will be leading hikes, exploring the Spanish scenery and stunning beaches with additional extras of massages and reiki available on your return.

You will also have time to do your own thing whether it’s soaking up Vitamin D by the pool or exploring the island during the day and getting involved in the nightlife.

Spaces are very limited so DM us if you want to secure your spot today. Full details and website will be available next week ready for you to put down a small deposit and pay in monthly instalments.

This will be the only retreat you want to keep coming back to…Everything can be done at your own pace for you to enjoy, relax, reset and recharge.

Help The Homeless 🖤
Did you know that there are over 10,000 people living on the streets in London? The cost of living crisis is forcing more people onto the streets every single day without a choice.

For the third year in a row I am organising a Help the Homeless night in Central London. The will be taking place on Wednesday 20th December….please find all details needed below and if you want to get involved please drop me a DM 🫶🏻

WHEN?
Wednesday 20th December at 6:30pm

WHERE?
Meeting point - Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3TL Meet near the toilets…you will see my white Kel’s Kitchen van

HOW TO GET THERE?
Nearest tubes - Holborn, Chancery Lane
Plenty of space to park at meeting point if driving

ROUTE?
No particular route but Covent Garden & Leicester Square are within 15mins walking distance

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
I will be making up some food packages along with essential packages including toiletries, clothing etc.
We will split off into groups carrying as much as we can to give out to any homeless people we see on the streets.

HOW DO I DONATE?
Amazon Wishlist is set up with items required that you can buy and get sent directly to my house. Link is in my bio.
If you wish to donate money towards the food packages then you can do this via PayPal.
Also if you have any old coats, clothing, blankets etc that you want to donate please let me know.

IMPORTANT INFO!
Please please do not film the homeless when giving the items as they may find this quite degrading. Just spend a little time with them having a chat and giving them the packages…they will appreciate this more than you know.

More info will be given nearer the time…if you want to be involved on the night or with any donations then please DM me.

At the end of the night we will meet up at a pub and I’ll get you all a drink🥂

KEL’S KITCHEN THE BRUNCH 🍴🥂

We are back with a bang with our end of summer bottomless brunch at a brand new stunning venue in Abridge.
The is newly refurbished with a vibrant and classy look right throughout the restaurant and cocktail bar.

We will be taking over the venue from 2pm-Midnight.

The brunch will start at 2pm til 6pm in the main restaurant and then we will move into the cocktail bar for the after party all the way til midnight.

Brunch ticket price includes delicious sharing platters and 1.5 hours of bottomless Prosecco. It will also give you access to the exclusive after party.

As always we have a powerful all female line up along with a Special Guest, live singer and sax player. The lineup will be announced soon!

I’ll be living in the villa with the team preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner…i might even get involved in a bit of yoga to give them a laugh 😂

I am so incredibly grateful to have been asked to be involved with Cancer Research UK fundraising events in 2024 💞

I will be catering at a number of Race For Life & Pretty Mudder events across the South East from May to September supplying the food for everyone there.

Having lost close friends and family members to this awful disease, this charity is very close to my heart and it’s an absolute honour to be able to be part of it and to witness everyone coming together to raise money for such a worthy cause 💞

I will be donating a significant percentage of sales at each of these events…to me this is all about helping to find a cure and even though I will be playing a small part in this I know that I will be helping towards the end goal 💞

I hope to see some of you at these events next year…and I’ll be cheering you all on!

Festival Content 🎪🍴

What a day it was yesterday supplying the food for Festival 🎪

It was about 8 million degrees and I’m shattered but I had an amazing day and I’m so grateful to for getting me involved with a number of festivals throughout the summer…next up is this weekend and I can’t bloody wait ☀️

Thanks to everyone that came to say hello and come to eat with me yesterday 💛
