We’re Hiring - We currently have the following vacancies:-
Team member. As well as preparing our great tasting products  to the very highest of standards, you’ll be the face of Mayfield, giving our customers a warm welcome and providing the excellent customer service we’re known for.  This is a busy and varied job and you will be on the go all day. Our Team Members get involved with everything: serving customers from the till or behind the hot counter, making barista coffee, fresh sandwiches, stocking the shelves, and ensuring that the shop is clean, tidy, well stocked and presentable for our customers.  It really is about rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, doing what needs to be done to make sure every customer feels welcome and valued and leaves happy with their purchase.

Cook, Tues-Friday, 7.30am-3pm. Deliver well presented, great tasting food, in a timely way, whilst minimising waste. Mostly cooked breakfasts, toasties, etc.

Shop floor manager 7.30am-4pm, 6 days per week but we are willing to consider a job share/3 day week. You will lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain an excellent standard in the shop. Drive high performance through recruitment, training & development and colleague engagement. Keep a close eye on thinkgs like waste controls and customer service standards, whilst being willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in food preparation and serving customers. Ensure the shop is clean, well stocked and welcoming.

A huge appreciation post to my wonderful mum and husband for constantly being my biggest cheerleaders ✨️

It has been 3 years since I came home with flowers from the market and decided to start creating, it's wild to think that they didn't think I was mad (or maybe they did a little!)

Fast forward 👉🏻 two premises, 50+ weddings, and farewell flowers for some of my dearest people, working at some truly wonderful venues across the country and building a dream, it's been a RIDE 🥳

Thank you to every single bride and groom, customers who have become friends, new flower friends who are like sisters 💗 and most importantly to my incredible family who have supported this (now, not to crazy) dream 🙏🏻

The past two weeks have been the biggest for and has seen a copious amount of flowers pass my hands which has taken more planning than I could have ever imagined 😅

✨️ Will never be over this day, I am grateful every single day that flowers found me before it was my turn to walk down the aisle, meaning I could design my own bridal bouquet (!)

I now have an even deeper newfound love and appreciation for weddings, it has cemented my career path more than anything 🌸

✨ Let's talk meadows!
This became the word of the weekend! 😅 BUT how can it not when they were so incredibly impactful ✨
We chose medows for a few key reasons 👇🏼
🌸 Height - they can bring the element of height to your design, especially to areas which are challenging such as your aisle (you don't want to disrupt the view for your guests by having tall aisle flowers)

🌸 Flower-heavy design - its a great way to bring the flower heavy look to your event as the trays hold lots of flowers!

🌸 They can be easily moved! - which is amazing when your venue has many spaces you can add flowers to. These trays can easily be moved from your ceremony space to your wedding breakfast & reception too!

With the biggest thanks to my amazing team and true friends for running around to create this incredible floral display! Sophie you blew me away! 🫶🏼 .ranger 💕

Without forgetting Lisa from for creating the most beautiful cake I have ever seen! It tasted as good as it looked, you are so talented thank you so much ✨

We chose the library to display our cake as this was the perfect space linking the reception to the outside courtyard - why not make a feature of such a beautiful masterpiece ✨ (we're not ones for putting cakes out of sight, in dark corners!)
