Meadows Community Centre will be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning ☕, to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
I will be there between 10-11am with some of my animals🦂🦎, so if you're in the area please come down to see us and enjoy some cake and coffee 🍰☕.

Today I had my last encounter at Cammas Hall Farm for the 2024 season.
THANK YOU to everyone that booked and came to meet my amazing animals.
Cammas halls Halloween event tickets are now on sale via their website. If you visit please do come and say hello to the Owls and Guinea Pigs as they will be getting into the halloween spirit with themed enclosures.

Once again I am pleased to say that I will be at Cammas Hall Farm for their summer craft fair this weekend 13th/14th with a selection of my invertebrates, frog and a small selection of fossils on display.
I will be open 10am to 12pm both days.

This week I have been busy with schools visits.
I visited a new school in Colchester which is always fantastic and also revisited a nursery and primary school for their Farther’s day visit.

It’s always great to buy direct from local farmers/farms.
I was collecting some great quality hay for the Guinea pigs and chinchillas to eat and some lovely straw for lots of the animals bedding.
Can you spot the Barn Owl 🦉 nest box. I have been lucky to see the Barn owl fly out the barn in the past when I have been collecting the hay and straw.

Who else buys direct from farmers/farm shops when they can?
