The Postgraduate Symposium XV Virtual Meeting is now live! The event consists of a webinar featuring oral and poster presentations from PhD students and post-doctoral workers researching in biological or medicinal chemistry. Fantastic keynote speakers from the industry and academia are also featured on the agenda 💡.

The UK Public Health Science 2021 Virtual Conference is currently underway, a national annual event dedicated to presenting new research which we are always proud to organise. A great amount of fascinating explorations have already been presented and more to look forward to on the programme.
We tuned into Hootsuite's fascinating webinar on earlier today, which discussed the findings from their global survey completed by over 18,000 marketers. It has definitely given us some food for thought and provided us with some great insight into the marketing trends that we can expect to see over the next year.
Yesterday we celebrated the as part of its awareness month. We are proud to have worked closely with Diabetes UK for over 10 years on their annual conference in aim to fight against the UK's biggest and growing health crisis. It’s a fight that involves us all, and sharing knowledge and educating ourselves on the warning signs is crucial.

Today we are wrapping up Society for Social Medicine's Annual Scientific Meeting which has been running virtually over the past 3 days. With over 100 research posters and numerous speakers sharing their expertise, this year’s conference provided a plethora of quality learning materials and networking, through the combined use of our bespoke virtual platform and Gather. We are proud to deliver such an inspiring space for many professionals, researchers, and students alike.
Today we are wrapping up the 18th International conference which has been running virtually for the past week. This online conference gave us the opportunity to expand our networking horizons and utilise Gather Town for the first time, showcasing over 70 research posters from around the world and giving speakers and participants the opportunity to network in a new and exciting way.
And we’re off! It has been a great start to , our first hybrid conference - A truly fascinating morning filled with a wide range of fantastic speakers from all over the world.

That’s a wrap! The BCA/BACG Online Spring Meeting has now officially come to a close. This was the first conference on our new virtual platform and everything went seamlessly. Massive thanks to the planning committee and the tech team for all of their hard work over the past few months. It was a true team effort and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Meet the team: The face behind Hg3 Conferences
Nicola Hardaker 💡
After many years of experience in conference and event management, Nicola set up Hg3 Conferences Ltd in 2009 and has continued to successfully provide conference and event management solutions to a wide range of clients.
In her earlier working years, Nicola was employed by a charitable organisation as part of their in-house conference team delivering an annual conference and many other events throughout the year.
Prior to setting up Hg3 Conferences, Nicola worked for a well established conference agency managing an events team and ensuring the successful delivery of many events a year for a number of clients, performing on budget and to tight deadlines.
Here at Hg3 Conferences, we have been working away over the past few months upskilling and adapting to the world of virtual conferences.
We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with an amazing tech company who are able to assist us in our delivery and production of virtual events, ensuring that we can provide the highest quality product possible.
We have since organised several successful virtual conferences and we are excited to be able to add this to our portfolio of services that we can offer to our clients. 🥳🤩
We loved working with the Royal Osteoporosis Society again on their annual conference. This year was a little different as we had to move the meeting online but working with the client, we were able to create a bespoke virtual platform to fit their needs. The day was a great success, and we cannot wait to get started on the next one!
