Sticky Middle Eastern Braai/ basting for lamb and chicken. See recipe below 1x tblsp Worcestershire sauce 1x tblsp tahini 1x tspn cinnamon powder 1x tspn cumin powder 1x tspn coriander powder 1x tspn ginger powder 1x tblsp smokey paprika 1x tblsp mustard powder 2x tblsp garlic powder/ granules 2x tblsp honey 40 ml cider vinegar 1x tblsp dried oregano 100 ml x tomato ketchup 40 ml x pomegranate paste Squeeze of half a lemon Salt Pepper Mix all together with a whisk and bast the meat while you braai/ bbq Tips- add 1x tblsp chilli powder for heat.
