Our regional instructors had great fun working through some new Kama combos, which we'll be covering in Premier Training next month!

Couldn't be more proud of all of our black belt candidates who took their final test at the weekend. Their success was due not just to their performance on the day but the effort they put into the intense training sessions over several months and all the years that came before. Everyone of them has broken physical and mental barriers to earn their black belt. Watching them push themselves and encourage each other not to give up reinforced what we strive to do every day. Hopefully this will be the first of many such achievements and the lessons of perseverance, dedication and self-belief will empower them to overcome every challenge they face in life. Here's to showing up and the value of teamwork. Can't wait to see what they do next!

Last night our biggest cohort of black belt candidates signed up to go for it at this year's black belt grading! It was great to see everyone showing such commitment, despite some nerves! We're looking forward to the next few months of advanced training with these guys! Hard work, but lots of fun!

We love the effort our youngest students put into their training! Over time it becomes clear that hard work pays off. One of the best things about teaching is seeing your students improve over the years!

Our Adults and Teens of all abilities were working on level changes last week. This week we'll be working on some clinch techniques! Looking forward to seeing everyone back in class!

It's great to get back to our regional staff training sessions with PMA North Leeds and PMA Bradford after a few weeks off! We've been working on how we teach our more advanced curriculum so that it's accessible for everyone, whether their goal is to compete or not.
