We're excited to announce the return of the hugely popular Atkinson Action Horses to the Great Yorkshire Show on Tuesday 8 - Friday 11 July 2025, performing in the Main Ring across all four days.

The liberty and stunt team last appeared at the Show in 2021 when Ben Atkinson wowed the crowd as he proposed to his girlfriend and co stunt rider, Georgie, during the daring equestrian act in the Main Ring. The couple have now been married for two years and are expecting their first baby, a son, in February.

It has been a busy year for the act, performing at shows across the UK and in the US and providing horses for a host of television shows, including Yorkshire favourites All Creatures Great and Small and Emmerdale. They have also played a part in shows for Netflix and Disney, together with some high-profile film appearances which are still under wraps.

Tickets for the 2025 Great Yorkshire Show are available to purchase online or by phone and make the perfect Christmas gift for that special someone!

You’re invited to the Future Farmers Harvest Dinner Dance on 23 November at Pavilions of Harrogate at the Great Yorkshire Showground bringing together Future Farmers of Yorkshire and the wider Yorkshire Agricultural Society community for a night of celebration. Everyone who lives and works in farming across our great county, aged 18+, is welcome at this event which will bring together all generations in the spirit of celebration and community.

Ticket price includes a welcome drink, three course meal followed by a disco.

Don’t miss out, as the booking deadline for tickets is 10am on Monday 18 November 2024.

Exciting news! 🎫 Tickets for the 166th Great Yorkshire Show (Tuesday 8 – Friday 11 July 2025) are due to go on sale at 9am on Tuesday 12 November.

We're already hard at work planning for the 2025 event, which showcases the best livestock in the country, the latest agricultural machinery, food and first-class entertainment, to display and celebrate the very best of farming, food and the countryside.
