Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful luxury chalet in the French alps to spend a week on a WimHof alpine retreat 🙏.
Thankyou Nikki from for amazing hospitality in such stunning surroundings together with and . Nikki runs bespoke cookery schools, mountain adventures and hosts retreats as well being available for b&b or fully catered accommodation.

A big shout out to the amazing Polly from 🙌🙌.
Whilst Jim and Natalie from nurtured our hearts and souls on our Wimhof Alpine adventure retreat, Polly nourished our gut with super healthy organic plant based food, cooked over an open fire with love and passion. Every meal was filled with deliciousness and we certainly ate our 30 plants a day 😋.
And my new best friend is - we definitely didn’t miss alcohol when this was served.

First adventure of 2025!

An amazing week in the French Alps on a Wim Hof retreat with the incredible and 15 other crazy souls! Icy water dips, hiking up a mountain in shorts to an overnight refuge and down on snow shoes in powder snow 🥶, and lots, lots more.

In Japan the bride and groom have their wedding photos taken before the big day- choosing either western style or traditional dress. In Tokyo we saw so many photo shoots of couples on the street and in the parks and just loved the traditional dress, but the footwear would definitely be a challenge! .

Just watching the ITV ‘McFly the 21st Birthday Party’ concert and having to slightly pinch myself that 10 years ago we had the privilege of planning the fabulous and ’s wedding!!

And…FINALLY it’s February.
Goodbye to cold, wet, windy and dark January and looking forward to the month of LOVE ❤️.
