For every couple, I design a bespoke wedding day timeline — a perfectly tailored schedule that ensures the celebration flows with ease. From the moment you arrive at your venue or your marquee is erected, to the last dance, every detail is orchestrated with precision:

Suppliers ‘all singing from the same hymn sheet’
Transitions that feel natural and unhurried
Space to be fully present on your day

I always suggest you don’t wear a watch on your wedding day (unless it was a gift or a family heirloom) that way you aren’t always clock watching but simply floating through the day!

No two weddings — or couples — are alike. That’s why no two timelines are the same. Each is crafted exclusively for you, balancing logistics with elegance, so the day feels as effortless as it looks.

Because true luxury is never rushed. It’s experienced.

I also offer my bespoke timelines to all couples ( not just LWE couples) who just need all their wedding details pulled into one document to share with their suppliers and bridal team.

🔒 Not all events are meant for the spotlight.

This summer has been filled with incredible celebrations and milestone moments — but many of them were NDA events. That means I can’t share the photos, details, or behind-the-scenes magic… and honestly, that’s part of the beauty.

From private launches to high-profile gatherings, confidentiality is at the heart of what I do. Every design choice, every guest list, every detail stays protected — while still delivering unforgettable experiences.

So while my socials may look quieter, behind the scenes it’s been one of the busiest and most exciting years yet! The world may never see the photos, but the memories made will last a lifetime.

Planning this cabaret-themed 60th birthday party was an absolute dream! I loved every moment of bringing this bold, glamorous vision to life—from the moment the theme was chosen to the very last sparkle on the stage. 💃💋

Cabaret is all about drama, elegance, and a touch of vintage flair—so I leaned into rich colors, velvet textures, sequins, and ambient lighting to create an unforgettable atmosphere. Every detail was carefully styled to reflect the Birthday couple’s personalities! 🌹🎶🍸

Seeing the space transform and watching guests step into this magical world was the most rewarding part. This wasn’t just a party—it was an experience, and I’m so proud to have styled and planned it from the ground up. 🥂

One week ago today, Millie & Charles celebrated their love in the most breathtaking countryside setting — complete with golden hour magic, elegant detailing, and the kind of joy that fills every corner of a marquee. ✨

From the embroidered linens to the garden-inspired tablescapes, every detail was a reflection of their timeless style. It was such an honour to bring their vision to life, and to witness a day so full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Happy 1-week anniversary to this truly special couple — here’s to a lifetime of sunsets as beautiful as this one 🤍

THANK YOU to all my new followers….As it’s always nice to put a face to a name or a brand…here’s me working away whilst on a site visit ( event planning never stops).
I have been a Wedding & Event planner for 23 years now, working all over the UK and Europe. From small intimate parties in Chateaus, weddings on private Islands and after parties celebrated on boats…..there’s nothing I love more than thinking out the box and bringing your visions and ideas to life!

The Brownlee Olympic Wedding……It was such a pleasure to help Jonny and Fi with their wedding. The day was filled with such energy, beautiful details and their very own nod to the Olympics of course!
Thank you to all the INCREDIBLE suppliers involved, such a dream team to work with. When I told them all the marquee was on top of a hill with limited access….not one moaned about it! ( well at least not in my earshot)

Planning a wedding at home and don’t know where to start? Let me help you.
My initial consultation will cover all your wishes / wants / likes / dislikes / must haves / must not haves and so on…..from this we will build up a picture of your dream day so I can create mood boards and timelines to suit your style and budget.
I have planned marquee weddings at private homes for 22 years now, I have even built some of the marquees to ensure I know how they work, what to do in all eventualities ( don’t mention the wind!) and how best to locate your marquee for the best guest experience but also consider the sunset and suppliers access routes.
My meticulous planning ensures you, your family and all your guests will be able to relax, switch off and fully embrace your wedding day! No detail is left out.

LONDON WEDDINGS
As a planner based in the north of England, it’s great to get down to the big smoke and plan a wedding! ( Dare I say slightly more straight forward in a London venue / hotel than creating a marquee wedding! But I equally LOVE planning both styles of weddings.
This wedding started up north but for many reasons moved to the with just a few months to go.
Thinking out of the box and pushing venues to move away from a wedding blueprint is crucial to make your wedding different, unique and personal to you - this is so important when in a venue or hotel. Don’t just go for package A, B or C…..work with your space but really let your imagination run wild with your design ideas, timings and creativity.
We created a ‘Narnia’ feel to this wedding with the cloud of dry ice, twig trees and LOTS of candles. Adding a fabric partition meant we could shrink the room and make it cosier for the ceremony, plus hide all the dining tables and bar units until the change over time.The Ballroom was then transformed ( taking 1 hour 18 minutes) and all set ready for dinner!

WEEKEND WEDDINGS ( PART 2)
Once all the guests had emerged after their 4am bed time ….they got glammed up once again for the PARTY night at S-A & R’s weekend wedding celebrations. repurposed all of the incredible flowers, added a huge tree, some glitter balls and extra sparkly touches. This post wedding party was designed so guests could really let their hair down and go wild!
Thanks to .centre.stage for the amazing multi colour dance floor. for creating that disco vibe with all their gorgeous lighting,lasers and haze machines. .co.uk for his entertaining magic and the INSANE who filled that dance floor ALL night!

WEEKEND WEDDINGS ( PART 1)
The incredible wedding of S-A & R requires two parts to cover all the details and suppliers we included. Living in Jersey but wanting to get married back near their home town of Newcastle….they chose as their venue and hosted an exclusive use weekend for their 130 guests, and wow what a weekend it was!
Arriving on the Thursday, the guests enjoyed welcome drinks whilst we conducted a ceremony rehearsal - led by Sophie
TRANSFORMED the ceremony room into an elegant jungle vision with purples, greens, pinks and ….monkeys!
The guests enjoyed magic from singing waiters from Strings by An 8 piece choir from and evening late night entertainment from
Taking 8 months to plan from start to finish, we captured all of the couples visions, passions and desire to be a little quirky and different! We LOVE thinking out of the box…..wait until part 2!
