Hello! I hope you are keeping well despite this crazy storm! This curry will be the last one of 2024 and I would like to thank all my wonderful customers for their unwavering support. I strive to create dishes which are not only tasty but healthy, with carefully selected ingredients, nothing ultra processed, which will nourish body and mind 💚

Next week I will cook a butter bean curry with a smooth sauce full of veggies (sweet potatoes, carrots, peppers, tomatoes and of course lots of caramelised onions, garlic and ginger) topped with roasted broccoli and toasted almond flakes. All you need to do is heat the sauce in a pan and serve with your own rice or noodles as shown here! 2 portions, £12, free doorstep delivery for Haslemere and surrounding villages on Wednesday afternoon between 2-4pm.

Hello! Today was such a beautiful autumn day!🍁 ☀️Hopefully we will get more of those instead of constant rain and damp…😅 If you are lucky enough to have plans to travel to Japan, I highly recommend Autumn. The scenery in the countryside is stunning with its autumnal colours, the temperature is very pleasant and it’s often sunny. With spring, it’s probably the best time to visit! ☺️Next week I will be cooking a healthy katsu curry style sauce full of veggies with spicy tofu nuggets. 💚 🍛 My curry pots serve 2 portions, they are £12 each and all you need to do is heat the sauce in a pan and serve with your own rice. If you don’t want to cook any rice you can buy it from me at £5 for 2 portions of freshly cooked Japanese sticky rice that you can reheat in the microwave.
