Cogito, ergo sum.
I think therefore I am,

For me, manifestation isn't about getting what I want by first wanting it and then visualising, I'm not saying that isn't possible, the mind is powerful after all, but for me, it's more as though I'm fulfilling my dreams, and those dreams feel like guidance, I believe from my higher self, when I'm truly flowing with my intuition I have vivid déjà vu, I've decided these are moments when I'm completely in sync with my higher self which exists beyond linear time and third dimensional limitations.

Trust and flow, when I act in alignment with my intuition, I am already living my manifestations rather than simply attracting them. The experience of déjà vu as a signal of being in sync with my higher self makes this process feel organic and deeply spiritual. It reflects a journey of self-awareness and interconnectedness rather than mere wishful thinking.

Appreciation post, I've had a good run of gigs over the last year or so, thanks to all the promoters who've trusted me to bring my vibes and music to their nights.

There's something magical about visiting the places that were pivitol in forming the man I've become, the foundations of these places were laid down by my parents' generation, incredible people, some born nearly a century ago! Intelligent, charismatic, incredible people who've left an incredible legacy. To be reminded of who and where I came from today has been a priceless blessing.

My latest show went out in the early hours of Monday morning, it wasn't flawless by any means, but given that I flew into London that morning after 4 shows in one weekend, I'm just proud of myself for turning up and bringing energy. That being said, this one isn't on mixcloud..... xoxo
