Active Hastings have introduced a number of physical activity sessions at Alexandra Park, where people can enjoy the beautiful outdoor space while getting active.

🤾‍♀️Youth volleyball sessions start this Saturday🤾‍♂️

Join Grant from Sussex Volleyball for this fun new volleyball session, every Saturday at The St Leonards Academy.

The sessions will involve an introduction to various skills, drills and games, in a fun and friendly environment. No previous experience of the game required, everyone welcome.

We still have spaces available on the The Activity Alliance CIMPSA accredited Inclusive Activity Programme- have you booked your place?

We are offering two time slots for the 3 hour training programme, either morning or evening. Please choose your preferred training time and book your place (booking is essential: https://eequ.org/experience/6003).

This programme is suitable for everyone delivering physical activity and sports sessions in Hastings and Rother. It’s ideal for the sport and leisure sector, community groups and organisations, disability organisations, and individuals supporting disabled people and people with long-term health conditions.

The Inclusive Activity Programme will equip you with the skills to engage disabled people and people with long-term health conditions more effectively in physical activity.

Booking deadline: Monday 12 February 2024, as you are required to complete one-two hours of eLearning prior to the course start date.
