Here is a look into how we make our homemade potato pitta breads! The potato pitta bread are used for our pockets, a choice of chicken, lamb kofta or mushroom shawarma all served with lettuce, tomato, smoked aubergine, tzatziki, tahini and our home pickled red cabbage. 😋 🫶🇺🇬
