Just to let everyone know, unfortunately we are not allowed to have dogs in the area surrounding the Cafe. This is due to the safeguarding of any children that may be in and around the building. and due to the layout of the Cafe, it doesn't make sense from a safety point to have dogs indoors.
There is a small area at the front of the building where we will have tables and chairs and your furry friends are more than welcome there...Just ring the bell and we will take your order, and we intend to put a shelter of some kind out there in the near future....😍

I am SO pleased to announce that I am opening a Cafe and will be trading from the Firebird Centre in Hilton as of 3rd September.
Set out as an American Diner, I will initially Offer Teas, Coffee's, Cake, Breakfast, Breakfast Cobs, Light Lunches for all ages, and of course my Scotch Eggs, Sausage Rolls and Quiches.
I have a lot to do in the meantime, but I will keep you all posted....Pictures coming soon!! 😍

Had an amazing couple of weeks with Touring treats . Extremely grateful to Vicky and the team for the opportunity preparing my Platters and grazing boards for the Stars!! Avril Lavigne, James, Pete Tong, Sophie Ellis Bexter, Nile Rodgers & Chic, Jess Glynne, plus all the amazing support acts. Everyone was lovely and we had such amazing feedback! Very long days, but loved every minute....thankyou to my friend Sara Bailey , you worked your feet off (literally!) ....

Absolutely brilliant day!! Thankyou to EVERYONE that supported my little business today....we had so many lovely customers, and am astonished by the feedback!
