It's been a busy couple of weeks in work, had 2 big dinner nights which both went extremely well, and all guests were extremely happy.

Here are a few pictures of the food produced.

It's a canape kind of day today, for a customer who was getting married 😄 it was nice to be a small part of your day and the weather was definitely perfect for it 👌

A message from our founder......

Being a military chef has given me the ability to be versatile in the way of cooking, having had to dig holes in the ground to make an improvised kitchen to feed the troops to winning Gold medals at the Culinary World Cup as well as cooking for royalty and dignitaries.
I have been able to provide different styles of dining for any and every occasion and I believe that has given 1022 its fundamentals, ethos and values to serve all its customers and provide the highest standards using quality fresh and local produce to cater for all your bespoke catering needs.
