Let's get into the festive spirit, it's been a long hard year and it's time to treat yourself!
Next week more than ever I'll need your support. The walkway between argos and smiths will be closed and there will be some work taking place between Tuesday and Friday and possibly on to the next week.
There will be access to my shop and whilst I was advised I might want to shut as I may not get much trade from people walking by, at this stage I'm not in a position where I have the option to be able to shut because I've thrown myself into this full time and many will know businesses at this stage consume money like a car consumes petrol.
If you choose one week to make a trip to my shop, please make it next week. I will be open and behind all the construction work I've got some beautiful bakes waiting for you.
Day 99 may not be the usual milestone but there's nothing usual about menor my business 15 weeks ago today was my last Friday at Haverfordwest Farmers Market and 14 weeks ago today I opened the doors (shutter) of my shop.
I won't bog you down with the details of how hard it's been, instead I'll focus on the fact that I've been planning this enterprise probably since I was in Primary school and its everything I imagined it would and could be.
I wish I could mention all the wonderful customers old and new I've met because I appreciate every single one of you, but it might make this post a little top long.
Here's to another 99 days of fresh flavour 💣
Do you know the brulee man? He lives on the black cherry custard tart 😉
I might only be open on Friday as a soft launch. I've been running a marathon at break neck speed and I will definitely have brownies and cookies for Friday but I may need a few days to regroup and then I'll be open fully 5 or 6 days a week!
So it begins
