Let me introduce myself, my name is kay and have been in catering and hospitality for over 40 years.
I'm passionate about fresh locally sourced ingredients and would like to cater for your customised afternoon teas and am introducing an Hen party Afternoon Tea with a cocktail theme.

All afternoon teas are presented with linen table covers and napkins, fine china & delivery and collection within a certain distance.

Cheddar cheese with chutney on tomato bread
Cucumber with welsh minted butter on granary bread
Breast of chicken with tarragon creamed mayonnaise on malt bread
Smoked salmon with lemon and black pepper on sourdough bread
Egg mayonnaise with chopped shallots and watercress on a brioche roll
