It's getting that time of year again and we're winding up for the fabulous West Wales Wedding Fayre, THE best in Pembrokeshire if we do say so ourselves!!

Exhibitors it's time to get your wares ready to show off and book your stall, we anticipate we demand for stands is going to be off the chart this season so please get your stand booked and paid for as soon as possible.

Future Brides, grooms, bridesmaids, mothers, fathers, groomsmen and everyone else who is helping plan the big day, we look forward to seeing you on the 1st of September at Haverfordwest Rugby Club.

We had a great year last year with our rebranding and change of venue, and it is only getting better!!!!

There are some days when your faith in the human race is restored, after being let down in the 11th hour with heating for the marquee for the Wedding fayre on Sunday, Alam Thomas from Speedy hire in Haverfordwest has very kindly donated the heating we need for no charge at all. We would just like to say a massive THANK YOU for doing so and we appreciate it no end. The fact we are at the beginning of March and it may be a little chilly you have come along and solved a massive obstacle, even the logo looks like a super hero cape!

I'm sure our lovely exhibitors and even maybe some of our followers would like to share this post and thank Alam for his help ( especially the ones who may be in the marquee on Sunday (lol)

Just a few days left now!!

The Wedding fayre will be open from 11am for everyone to come along and see all our wonderful exhibitors.

Exhibitors are welcome to come along and set up from 7.30 am to be ready for 10.30 at the latest. I'm sure we don't need to say this is to make sure that everyone remains safe and will not get bashed with stands being put up, and it is far more professional to be set up long before people arrive (, and a lot less stress!!).

Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself as a supplier that will be attending the WEST WALES WEDDING FAIR.

My business is "Dahlia Dwt" and I create bespoke wedding flowers for your special day.

Unfortunately we have a few exhibitors that have not paid for their stand yet! If you still need to pay for your stand please do so by 4pm today with Geraint at Dress for the Occasions in Haverfordwest. The floor plan needs to be completed this evening and the Rugby club need to know how many they are catering for. It isn't just about your stand, it's everything else that goes in to this event to make it happen and there are a lot of people working hard to make it a success. Any money needs to be with Geraint by 4pm cash or cheque ( made payable to haverfordwest rugby club). Thank you.
