So….. this week, we done a thing for a few people at a place ☺️

We put in a stage, some flashies, a big TV thing and some nosey boxes & some big boom booms & did a thing the way we do our things 🤷🏻‍♂️

Lots of other electrical things we did too & got some lovely yummies from the catering for doing that other thing that we do.

Did some things for some music makers & made it sound better by letting them do their thing, so we could do our thing so all the people can dance…… and do their thing too. ☺️

Next off, we gonna go do our thing again, and then again the week after, and then the week after that and we gonna keep doing our thing until we run out summer……. Then it’s onto the winter things. ☺️

If you want us to do our thing at your thing then call us….. or not 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyway - off to do some thing!!

This week, we’ve already been to two events. Back at the ICC again for our client Jon Salman & his team there, then a quick stop in Swansea to drop a stage off for Total Sound Solutions for the rest of the week.

Tomorrow, we are off up north with our second stage to see another favourite client Avion TSL to assist them with a festival for the weekend.

In the meantime, the Swansea stage comes out and will head straight to Fishguard to meet up with the guys from Activity Wales Events who are hosting their triathlon there on Sunday.

No time for Sunday dinner this week!!

The season is upon us!

Final prep for both our stages is underway.

Just to ease us in, we have both stages out at opposite ends of the country (almost)!!!

Hold tight riders - scream if you wanna go faster (and other rollercoaster/waltzer type sayings)

So - we just spent the evening in the company of a few gentlemen!
The combined male voice choirs sounded amazing 🤩

This year we are celebrating our 20th year providing & producing events all across the country.

This is where it all began back in 2004 where we produced one of the biggest charity events that Pembrokeshire had ever seen.

This event, opened so many doors for us & the connections we made because of it are still strong today working along side companies to pull off the impossible for this event.

Legendary stories are still spoken about from this event among the guys that worked it with us.

We had so many challenges to over come & the team pulled it off with ease.

Now with another 20years of experience for you to use for your events - EPS Events LTD are excited for all the new events coming in this year as well as the seasoned events that have stood the test of time.

We are gearing up for our last & first gig of the year !!

Fishguard New Year's Eve Street Party was ranked 18th in the UK, 1 of only 3 Welsh towns in the top 20 places to go on NYE.

Vans being loaded, kit being prepped, singing voices being tuned.

We’ve been busy!
Pembroke Caste to kick off some pyro, St David’s to make it snow, Milford Haven Christmas lights to make some noise - & now this week it’s Panto time - oh yes it is!!

Our ‘Event Rescue’ van has also been out and about, delivering equipment to all sorts of events across the county!!

Our Event Production Services include assisting other companies make their events come to life whether its crew, equipment or just some moral support 😂 we are happy to help.

Been very busy doing things!!

We spend most of the year out & about at events all over the country so some of our kit sometimes goes missing - so, every year, about this time, I get some crew in & we do a stock take to make sure all of our assets are where they should be.

We have decided to hold a walk out/strike this Friday.

This is in protest of the lack of Rich Tea biscuits in the staff room.

The walk out will commence at 10am sharp, lasting for around 5 or 6 minutes or until management can sort the balance of Rich Tea Vs Malted Milk !!

We are looking forward now to our final event of the year!

It’s been a busy few weeks with Christmas lights events, panto, installations among others so a nice quiet(ish) few weeks to enjoy Christmas before the big blow out at Fishguard!!

I remember watching Queen at Live Aid on the TV all those years ago, & now I get to work with one of the top Queen Tributes in the country this New Years Eve.

Bucket list - TICK!!

Looking forward to 2023 being a normal year for a change. 2022 has been far from normal, getting back into things after almost 2 years off was difficult, having lost crew, suppliers, massive cost increases & logistical nightmares played a big part too.

Enjoy Christmas & we hope to see you on NYE in Fishguard!!
