A few shots of last week's barbecue. They had a hog roast, smoked chicken drumsticks and brisket burnt ends with coleslaw, home made chips, corn ribs and corn bread served with a choice of our home made sauces that included barbecue, mayonnaise, apple sauce, fermented chilli hot sauce, blueberry hot sauce, pine apple hot sauce and strawberry hot sauce. Lots of happy faces by the end!

What a shame, it's such a beautiful venue! We are here to help in any way possible, we can recommend venues, singers, photographers if needed and we can hopefully help with catering! We are also offering discounts to the wedding affected by thisWe know this can leave some people with not a lot of time to get things organised and can make the stresses of organising a wedding a lot harder

We were asked to make some custom pies for our last wedding tasting. Two different fillings in a flower decorated pie with tender stem broccoli and mash followed by a traditional tiramisu and strawberry trifle! We had some very happy and full guests by the end of the night and we look forward to catering your wedding soon!

No matter the weather... we will be there tomorrow Brightlingsea Food & Drink Festival! We will have high welfare localy farmed cheese burgers and chips, pastrami and barbecue pulled pork with all our amazing homemade sides like kimchi and fermented onions! Done Diss it until you tried them!!

Another staff party this week! Who knew haverhill companies were so kind to their staff! Not just a barbecue but a ice cream van and a quiz that I had to bite my tongue not to shout out some of the answers 😅
