Shipley College will be delivering a FREE WorldHost Principles of Customer Service & City and Guilds Customer Service Level 2 for all businesses and unemployed individuals around Haworth, Oxenhope and surrounding areas, on 11th and 12th July 9am-5pm at Upstairs at Pennybank, Pennybank House, Haworth. Aiming to provide staff the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service.

The 2 day course is currently being offered FREE of charge to upskill or re-skill your workforce. The course is also beneficial for those who are unemployed.

We are exploring prospects to develop a local screen media team to collaborate in producing content for web, magazines, events & the like, & could potentially provide a platform in which to develop your skills, & connect with key players in the industry.

We are coming to HAWORTH!! In addition to our home visiting service we will be introducing mobile clinics to be held at venues throughout West Yorkshire. We are really pleased to announce that our first venue is 'Upstairs at Pennybank' HAWORTH on Wednesday 30th March and the last Wednesday of every month thereafter.
Ear Wax Removal available at 25% less than our standard home visiting prices. We look forward to meeting you!

We're looking for writers/ would-be-writers (novels, poetry, academic, articles non-fiction etc.) in the area to join a small group that are going to be meeting on the last Thursday of each month at 6.30pm.

The idea is to:
- meet other writers
- share ideas/ projects/ ideas
- hold each other to deadlines and targets
- give feedback
- a chance to write!
