Ella and Morgan will be taking 6 juniors to the NTC in February to take part in a 24hr tennis marathon, playing against current and ex professional players.

This is to raise money for the Bright Ideas for Tennis Charity’s ‘I Play 30’ program which will provide a local Sussex SEND school with free coaching and equipment.

Play Your Way to Wimbledon, powered by Vodafone, returns in 2025 and Entries are now open!!

Start by competing locally at an event taking place at a local club, park or school, with the winners progressing through to the County and/or Area Finals, and then onto the National Finals at Wimbledon 🎾

This workshop will focus on the RED ball/stage (8 & under). Simon will deliver dozens of on-court practical ideas to get kids playing and improving their skills to play. Simon will present his new approach to delivering 8 & under group coaching sessions, covering the serve, groundstrokes, volleys, tactics, and dozens of games. He will also share insights from around the world on how Red Stage Tennis is taught.

Coaches will also see simple RED stage coaching curriculums that he has helped academies & clubs around the world implement.

Tennis Sussex is seeking a motivated individual to join the Management Board as a Director responsible for Coaching and Competitions. This volunteer role will focus on coach engagement and promoting competitive opportunities within Sussex.

🎾 Tennis Sussex Starter Competition 🎾

We had an incredible time hosting our first ever starter competition at Bede’s School! With 23 mini players many of whom were playing their first ever matches!

Well done to all the players, you all did fantastic! 🤩
