Afternoon Tea is probably one of the greatest inventions of all time but did you know it's also the inspiration for my business name? The word 'Tiffin' originated in the 19th century in Indian and means to have a light meal and drinks, typically enjoyed around 3pm ☺️

Obviously in my world every hour is Tiffin hour!

Everything I create is available Vegan, Gluten free, refined Sugar free and as many of you now know, all ingredients are Organic and locally sourced.

Sneaky peek to the up coming Spring cake menu here, I've been busie making Wedding Cake tasters for a lovely couple tieing the knot in a few months!

Here we have-

Orange, Olive Oil and Carrot Sponge cake with Rosemary and Seville Orange Marmalade with my newest most favorite thing in the world, Saffron Cream cheese frosting. 👀 🤤

Earl grey and Poppy seed sponge cake with Roasted Peaches and whipped white chocolate ganache infused with Lavender. 👌

Nettle Sponge cake with Rose water and Pistacio Creme Patisserie. 🎂🌹

Basil and Raspberry sponge cake with Lemon curd filling and Swiss meringue buttercream (yep that's the vegan version!) infused gently with Jasmin flower and topped with Black Sesame.🍋🖤

Purple Velvet cake with Blueberry compot, dark chocolate ganache filling and Violet infused cream cheese frosting. 🍫🫐

Annoyed I can't decorate these cupcakes in fresh edible spring flowers 😭 I will have to wait a few more months for that but I'm already super excited to share these flavours with you all!

Organic Pears poached with Clove, Cinnamon and Vanilla and naturally dyed with Butterfly Pea Flower, Matcha and Purple sweet potato. Half dried and half coated in a shimmering glaze.

Apple Crumble cake is still my all time favorite flavour! Marinated apple slices spiral a spiced sponge, layered with stewed apples and light Vanilla bean buttercream. Salty and sweet nutty crumble to decorate and a few edible flowers to finish. ☺️

Everything from flour to fruit is Organic and fairtrade.

Your cakes are now 100% Organic! The truth about the chemicals in our food has truly been revealed, pesticides are toxic and are killing us and our environment, things have to change.
Organic food isn't even that much more expensive, especially if you buy in larger amounts, it's up to us to take a stand and refuse food that is no longer food. 🙌🫶💪

Chocolate and Juniper spiced sponge cake, Dark Chocolate and Orange ganache filling with Vanilla and Cinnamon frosting.

Spiced Apple Sponge cake with mixed nut Crumble topping, stewed ape, thyme infused caramel and Vanilla frosting.

Mulled Pears with ginger spiced Sponge, stem ginger, Tahini buttercream.

Maple roasted Pumpkin sponge with chai tea spices, pumpkin curd and spiced buttercream frosting.

Hazelnut sponge cake, hazelnut praline ganache Center with coffee buttercream frosting.

All made with Organic and fairtrade ingredients. ✨
