Local Conditions 10 (i) states the booking office can only operate vehicles from that licensed area through the office.
As this is under the local conditions so looks like if you do not have a booking licenced office in the area the vehicles are licenced then you can not operate them, funny how we have seen people doing this in Helensburgh using a non argyll and bute licenced office wonder what will be done about this by police Scotland and argyll and bute council and west Dumbarton council watch and see as we will see later on this year

He was helpful and good company throughout and the trips were dispatched professionally. The rates were a lot lower than comparable companies and all went very smoothly. I cannot recommend him highly enough as he took the stress out of the whole evening as there are always people at weddings who either fail to book taxis or have them not turn up and Colin handled all in his stride. We agreed to this but also found out the taxi did not bother going back to do the second run so the mother of the groom and and some family were late and had to make their own way to the wedding. For the pick up which was booked for 11.45 finally turned up at 12.30!! Absolute disgrace and would not recommend your company to anyone

we get a lot of reviews on google that we dont really use that are from customers who are out of licenced area no upfront fee no pick up and it needs to be paid 24 hours in advance if you are outside of helensburgh, if not then your taxi will be late unless you are known to the drivers, and you have to check availability with us for out of area bookings

our meter is 15% less than theirs our meter starts at £3 from 7am - 10pm then 20p per increment then its £3.60 from 10pm - 7am then 20p per increment unless its 5 or more passengers then its £4.20 after 10pm with a 20p per increment or £3.60 before 10pm with a 20p per increment, the ones at the taxi rank or with a sign on the roof starts at £3.45 from 7am - 10pm with a 23p per increment then they are £4.14 after 10pm - 7am with a 23p per increment unless its 5 or more passengers then its £4.14 between 7am - 10pm with a 23p per increment then after 10pm - 7am they are £4.85 with a 23p per increment, so this gives you an idea of the difference in the rates,
