He went out of his way on a multi hour delayed arrival at the airport. He was easy to reach for any changes, offered reasonable rates, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I was contacted by telephone and email several times, before our travel date, to reassure everyone that there would be no issues with our booking from things such as adverse weather, pick up times, etc. all our queries were addressed promptly and efficiently by Colin. Everyone was pleased with the service as well as the cost. Both drivers were knowledgeable with regard to route and road closures affecting travel and they were also pleasant and patient while passengers negotiated snow and ice on pavements. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use again.

Both were a pleasure to be with, knowledgeable, chatty and very easy to get along with. I will definitely use these guys again. Price was the best in the Helensburgh area by a significant distance, proving the others are very much out to rip people off. Each driver was on time and the communication with the company (emails, texts, phone call etc.) was detailed and reassuring. Highly recommend.

He then returned for 11pm to ferry people from the wedding to the Balloch area (3 trips) and also to Helensburgh (1 trip). He was helpful and good company throughout and the trips were dispatched professionally. The rates were a lot lower than comparable companies and all went very smoothly. I cannot recommend him highly enough as he took the stress out of the whole evening as there are always people at weddings who either fail to book taxis or have them not turn up and Colin handled all in his stride. On the morning of the wedding I received a call saying a minibus was stuck in Oban because it was late so he had to make two runs to the wedding would we mind getting picked up half an hour earlier. We agreed to this but also found out the taxi did not bother going back to do the second run so the mother of the groom and and some family were late and had to make their own way to the wedding. For the pick up which was booked for 11.45 finally turned up at 12.30!! Absolute disgrace and would not recommend your company to anyone

Their booking system simply does not work. On the basis of that part of my experience my rating should be only one star. However I have given it two stars simply because the driver when he eventually arrived apologised profusely for the delay and the journey to our destination was pleasant.
