We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team building marquees for weddings & parties for the summer and autumn season ahead (June/October 2021)

Marquee Erector-Builder Role:

• Building and dismantling marquees, installing lights, assembling dance floor and staging, dressing the marquee

• Delivering furniture and equipment

• Loading & unloading vehicles

Marquee Erector-Builder Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience of working with and erecting marquees is an advantage, although we will consider applicants with no previous experience if you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Experience of practical outdoor or building work is an advantage

• Driving Licence is essential - will be required to drive to and from site in a Luton van (up to 3.5 tonne car license required)

• Reliable and trustworthy – show respect for customers’ property

• Awareness of health & safety with a focus on creating safe structures

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working outdoors and being physically active during the day.

From everyone here at Acacia Marquees, we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. It’s been an incredibly difficult year for everyone in the industry as well as challenging for all of those wanting to celebrate their event in the way in which they had planned. Let’s hope for a prosperous and joyous 2021 when we can look forward to celebrating with loved ones once again.
