Based in Hereford City Centre with the Hereford BID team to help maintain Hereford's appeal to visitors, shoppers and tourists. You will help us keep the area clean, tidy and ready for business throughout the week and ensure a welcoming environment for all city centre users. The role offers plenty of variety, including installing gazebos and stages for our live music events during warmer months, chewing gum removal, street jet washing and general maintenance tasks.
The position is ideal for a task-oriented self-starter passionate about 'The Detail'.

Team Hereford Meeting: Tuesday, October 8th, 10 am—11 am at The Wellington, Widemarsh St.

Led by the Hereford BID, Team Hereford welcomes all businesses to join us and hear security updates from the Police, CCTV, Retail Radio, Hereford BID, Vennture, other stakeholders, and fellow business owners.

A delicious bacon roll is waiting for you, too.
Businesses and city stakeholders are encouraged to attend this monthly meeting to share knowledge with us and protect their staff, property, and each other's well-being. Due to the sensitivity of the intelligence discussed, we ask those coming for the first time to book ahead by emailing the BID directly: [email protected]
Typical discussions will include updates from the Hereford BID on their projects to help businesses, crime in Hereford City Centre, and trends seen by the Retail Radio Group, Police, etc.

Please also note that Hereford BID provides an intelligence-gathering security app, DISC, for all our members to access FREE of charge. This app can help you identify shoplifters and perpetrators of antisocial behaviour.
