Church ceremonies at Broadfield

While lots of our couples choose to marry in one of our lovely on site ceremony locations, we know others would like a religious ceremony. We can of course help with finding the nearest suitable place of worship. And for those looking for a Church of England ceremony we have the beautiful Church of St Michael and All Angels in Bodenham, our local village.

Abby and Sam had their wedding at the church in October, with guests then coming back to Broadfield for their drinks reception followed by their wedding breakfast and evening party. As with any Broadfield wedding, the couple, their families and friends stayed the night before and night of the wedding, extending their celebrations over a whole weekend.

An ode to our woodland

A truly beautiful space, we’re sure there’s something magical in the air in our woodland. The grounding feel and glorious simplicity of nature is such a perfect backdrop for a wedding. We just had to share these images of Chloe and Max’s August wedding, a masterclass in elegance, while staying firmly rooted in the natural environment. Gorgeous.

Christmas at Broadfield

Join us next year for festive frivolities at Broadfield. Gather your family and friends, stock the fridges, stoke the fires, stack presents under the tree, snuggle on the sofas, have long lunches … and dinners … and breakfasts, enjoy long lie ins (or cosy early mornings with little ones…), walk the gardens, play games, watch films, cook up a Christmas storm, dance the night away, soak in the hot tub, pop that Broadfield fizz. But most of all, spend time with those you love.

We are now taking bookings for Christmas and New Year 2025, and for other December dates. With Broadfield decorated from the start of the month, there’s no better place to feel festive. Bookings are available for the house, the coach house or both, with space for 31 plus infants, and of course your canine companions.

The most special words from our gorgeous Lucy and Joel.

This wonderful couple planned the most thoughtfully fun day, full of colour, style and unbridled joy. With a shorter planning time than some, there was plenty to do to pull their day off in true Lucy and Joel style, but we are so glad we helped make it happen, it was truly fabulous. A day of so much love and laughter, we felt like that marquee might simply burst. And Bear, the most loveable dog, was a brilliant sidekick for the day, despite his constant search for cake…

Katie and Sam and their beautiful October wedding are here to warm your hearts on this frosty day.

Our last wedding of the year, and one that was certainly worth the wait. Sumptuous autumnal tones, rich textures and a touch of drama, the couples’ vision for the day really came to life under those crisp October skies. But most importantly, their day was a true celebration of Katie and Sam as a couple, their love, and also their families and friends. Just beautiful.
