The annual Chelsea Group Reporting Committee event was hosted at Chelsea Parkfields, bringing together 15 leaders from Somalia, Colombia, Mozambique, Dubai, Cyprus, South Africa and more.

Over three days, the team engaged in workshops and activities hosted by Leadership Trust around collaboration, all set against the backdrop of our beautiful grounds. The event included a six-course dinner in celebration of Chelsea Group’s 25 years of excellence.

We are looking for a Casual General Assistant to support the operational preparation and ex*****on of our events and meetings over the 2024 festive season. This person will become an integral part of the Chelsea Parkfields team, working closely with us from October to the end of December 2024.

Key duties include:

• Setting up event rooms, including manual duties like moving chairs and tables.
• Ensuring all event rooms are set up correctly and look top-notch, showing your keen eye for detail.
• Clearing down rooms following events.
• Working on the bar serving drinks, running food, and clearing plates.
• Completing general kitchen duties, cleaning, and washing up.
• Completing general housekeeping duties, cleaning rooms, and making beds.

Pay: £11.00-12.00 per hour, dependant on experience. Only applicants 18 years or older will be considered.

Experience preferred, but not essential as training will be given.

Chelsea Parkfields is located a few miles from Ross-on-Wye. Our Georgian-style estate, surrounded by 11 acres of winding gardens and woodlands, sets a picturesque stage for corporate retreats and intimate celebrations. We offer our guests the perfect meeting of historical charm, natural beauty, and agile service.
