Had a sneaky peek today while the workers were at lunch at the new pagoda being built for the entrance to The Love Knot Garden! ♥️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This walkway will connect the barn to the new woodland area being constructed - perfect for large outdoor ceremonies complete with a chorus of birdsong 🌳🐦⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Perfectly framing the huge double window at the end of The Knot Barn, we think this will be a favourite spot for photos for future weddings. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The reclaimed iron gates give a lovely rustic feel and lighting in the brick posts and the roofspace of the pagoda will complete the look.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let us know what you think in the comments ⏬⏬⏬

Checking in on our swan babies - look how they copy mummy!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our lady swan is doing so well, having lost all her babies last year, she’s raising three of the clutch of five this year. Clever girl!

The Banqueting Hall at Brinsop Court has hardly changed over the years - this archive photo (reproduced by kind permission of Herefordshire Libraries) shows the same chandelier we have today. It was originally an elaborate candelabra but was electrified in the early 20th century. The modern photo by Dean Jones Photography shows things have not changed apart from maintenance, a few picture moves and, at the time this was taken, Christmas decs!
