This , we are offering free taster sessions of our community programme today, Tuesday and Friday! This is a programme of accessible activities run by Aspire Monday to Friday every week. It’s a fantastic opportunity to try something new, meet new people and learn new skills. There is something for everyone!

Today, our activities are at the Railway Club, Barton Road, Hereford, HR4 0AZ. The club is by Sainsbury’s, and parking is available for £2. Here is the list of fun activities we have on today:

9:30am to 12:30pm – Music with Lofty and Rich. Get ready to get moving in this interactive music and dance session! The usual price for this session is £13.

12:30pm to 3:30pm – Mixed activities session. There is a range of activities happening, from bingo to skittles! The usual price for this session is £7.50.

6:30pm to 9:30pm – Social Evening. Get together with us to meet new people and have some fun! The usual price for this session is £7.50.

To try one of these sessions, just turn up! Our friendly staff will be on hand to help 😊

Something for you ladies .. uplifting class, new people, fresh start. Great exercise and you don't have to be able to roll around on the floor or put your leg up to your ear..just be yourself and enjoy the fun..
