First time I’ve done a proper job with the drones for a little while.

This morning was a roof inspection for on a block of 3 flats in westgate before the buyer put in an offer.

We identified a number of faults from cracked to missing tiles a broken down pipe and nesting birds 🦅

It’s a really good idea to keep an eye of the deterioration of your roof if you can’t see it with your eye.

Having an annual inspection - or after external weather allows you to identify faults early and save time and money when it comes to repairs as you already know what’s needed.
