Our biggest downfall as Hang The DJs is that we feel like we’ve done everything backwards 😅 Even though between us we’ve been DJing for over 15 years, we only started putting consistent time into producing music at the end of 2021 🎶

So, whilst we’ve been lucky enough to play mad stages & huge line-ups 🤯 we’re still pretty behind where we want to (and feel we should) be in terms of releasing tunes! 🎹

BUT… we’re determined to change that in 2025 💪 And we’re inviting YOU along for the ride!!! 🎢

We’re a bit late to the party (we took a massive break from socials over Christmas/NY!) but we wanted to share some of our favourite moments from 2024 (ft. YOU 🫵) & thank you all for making what was a sh*tty year behind the scenes, an unforgettable year for us as Hang The DJs 🥺💛

We’re BEYOND grateful to every single person that partied with us, booked us, bought merch, bigged us up, shared our videos, played our tunes! 😘 We’re so lucky to have the best community of legends from all different scenes & walks of life around us, so THANK YOU 🫶

The lineup for Cabarave’s New Year’s Eve mansion party extravaganza has landed! 💫💫💫

We are so excited to finally shout about this multi-genre, multi-disciplinary billing which celebrates every aspect of the performing arts- what Cabarave is all about. In Rave corner we have DnB heavyweight Kleu along with festival favourites Hang the DJs and rave legends Ed Cox and Spongebob Squarewave, with support from Cabarave superstars Gash, DJ Can’t Say No and Boss lady.

In Cabaret corner we have a star-studded variety listing comprising of Burlesque superstars Cherry Shakewell and Aurora Starr, travel back in time watching Chaplin, enjoy dramatic drag from Kandi Krush, puppetry from the enchanting Boo La Lune, circus from Laura Loops and Esmerelda Rose, mime from Streetmilk and magic from John Welles.

Our live music offering is an eclectic mix with high-energy psychedelic duo Psycho Acoustic Goat, folk trio Belver, Brighton’s favourite busker Fukushima Dolphin and global superstar The Ledge. Finally don’t forget to warm up your vocal chords before you arrive as our 90s singalong duo will be ringing in the new year with you!

that was one heck of a weekend 🤯 thank you so much to Mandidextrous & Darren Styles for having us on their 360 shows in bristol & glasgow. the vibes were UNREAL 😮‍💨🔥 it’s seriously mad to be able to support your fave artists once, let alone twice in one year!

also gotta do a special shout out to every single person that made it down early to the underground on friday, we’re eternally grateful. never seen energy like that before 10pm!!! 🤯🔋 just goes to show how amazing this community is & makes us proud to be part of it 🥲🫶 so thank you!
