In the last few weeks in between work and my Sunday's with Mam, I've managed to make 59 Christmas cakes, 110 jam/chutney, 500+ peppermint creams, 500+ truffles, 500+ squares fudge, 750+ ginger biscuits/shortbread cookies, 180 squares millionaires shortbread, this is 41 hampers going out yesterday
