The show must go on!

Currently, the great English weather has reared its ugly head for Sunday.

Although Ofcourse it is still too early to tell, to ensure the event is both enjoyable and safe for all, we have to revert to a contingency plan so that the event can still go ahead as planned.

We have been in discussion with our safety advisors and also the venue over the course of the last week and we are sorry to advise that regrettably we will not be able to have all of the rides we originally wanted for this event due to health and safety concerns.

The weather may end up being wonderful, but as we cannot predict this and have only weather reports to rely on, it is everyone’s interest that we plan for a safe event.

If for any reason the heavens do open we will utilise the venue and carry on with the event inside the building.

Let’s hope that the weather works out in our favours. ☀️

Rides that will be present tomorrow are:-

Tea cups
6 bed trampoline

Maybes:
soft play
Bouncy Castle

Other scheduled rides will sadly not be available on this occasion.

Food stalls all still attending
All acts are 100% confirmed 🥳

We do urge everybody to dress accordingly to the weather. Also bring picnic blankets folding chairs and umbrellas if you do wish but this is not essential.

No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the event. However if an individual does have allergies or dietary requirements, this will be permitted.

Thank you for understanding. As parents and responsible event organisers, I hope you understand our predicament and that the safety of all attendees is paramount from our perspective.

The weekend is apon us and it’s 2 sleep until the first ever Key Stage Ravers.

Information for Sunday the 28th May for Key Stage Ravers at Adams Park!

This event is on hard ground!

Picnic chairs and blankets are allowed.

No outside food and drink is allowed on premises. Anyone who is caught with any food or drink from outside of the premises will be removed immediately from the event! Exception babies 

The bar at this venue is cashless so will be only taking card payments.
Also for who wish to pay on the gate on the day, we’re only taking card payments.

Food and stalls will accept cash or card.

This is a family event and we will not tolerate any bad behaviours or abuse to any staff or attendees. This may result in being removed from the event and a lifetime banned from any future events.
