Dear Tania
I hope you were able to get some rest on Sunday. Thank you again for your wonderful service. Everyone had a lovely time and the guests thought the food was delicious.

The turkey was moist, the stuffing made to perfection, gravy excellent, carrots were a hit and the brownies amazing. Thank you.

Would you be kind enough to tentatively hold next year’s Thanksgiving-Saturday 29 November? I’d love to have you back again.

Really bad to be so tardy in saying thank you so much for what everyone agreed was a stupendous party on Friday, it was terrific. The fish and chips were amazing and genius.

I’m sorry it ran on so long and we didn’t chivvy everyone out as you and your wonderful team went above and beyond.

Quick note to thank you so very much for everything that you arranged yesterday. It was so lovely that I could relax and just leave all the catering in your hands.
