Meet Becky, one of our event managers at Stables 💫

Starting at Ffolkes in 2017, Rebecca quickly discovered her passion for events and has now spent six years managing and personalising each celebration at Stables. Known for her commitment to making every event unique—whether it’s a wedding, party, or corporate gathering—she brings creativity and attention to detail, always adding those final “wow” factors. A ’90s enthusiast who’s ready to hit the dance floor (especially for Cotton Eye Joe!), Rebecca balances her love for events with being a full-time mum to two little girls.

What is Becky’s favourite part of weddings?

"Each wedding is unique, which keeps things exciting for me! I love helping couples plan their special day and making sure their personalities shine through—whether it’s with personalised cocktails or incorporating their favourite foods. Creating memorable moments that will be cherished for years to come is what I enjoy most."

Rebecca brings over eight years of hospitality expertise to Stables, with experience spanning corporate events, large celebrations, and high-profile gatherings. In recent years, she has focused her talents on weddings, working across a variety of venues to bring each couple’s vision to life. She’s passionate about making every event memorable, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple’s unique style. A devoted foodie, Rebecca especially enjoys helping couples craft the perfect menu, adding a delicious and personal touch to their special day.

What is Rebecca’s favourite part of weddings?
"It’s so much fun to see how creative and unique each wedding can be, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help bring our couples’ ideas to life. I absolutely love watching everything fall into place on their big day and seeing their reactions as it all comes together. I’m also a massive foodie, so I get especially excited about the menu choices!"

Meet Georgie, one of our event managers at Ffolkes! 🌟

Georgie brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Stables team, with a degree in Event Management from Coventry University and five years in the industry. She’s worked as an Artist Liaison at some of the UK’s biggest music festivals and supported international conferences in South Africa, Spain, and London. Known for her attention to detail, Georgie is driven by her love for creating unforgettable moments. She’s dedicated to working closely with each couple, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision for a seamless and truly special wedding day.

What is Georgie’s favourite part of weddings?

"During the ceremony, you’ll find me behind the music. My favourite moment is counting the bride in as she’s about to walk down the aisle, giving her one last little hype before she heads off to meet her love. Watching our couple’s eyes meet for the first time is always so magical!"
