Sometime I look at my students and I’m astonished at how far each of them have come in their respective journeys.

For some it’s coming to a weekly 121 session. Others it’s have PT on top of 3 or 4 classes per week. For some winning tournaments is the milestone and others it’s being able to knock out twenty press-ups when they couldn’t do 5.

The weeks add up and the time invested shows itself on the most random of occasion but those mini wins are what hit me in the heart out of nowhere and remind me why I do what I do.

Pleased to finally have a weekly evening session for my ladies only group. I would like to invite any and all ladies from in and around the area to come down on Wednesday 9th of October to try out a session completely FREE. It’ll be a 7:45 start for 1 hour and will cover basic punches, kicks and self defence.

Yesterday is my own words.
Thankyou to owner of .martialarts for selecting myself and to assess their first blackbelt kickboxing grading.

Himself, along with his two longtime students and set a standard that their students who are looking to follow in their footsteps would do themselves no disservice to work towards reaching.

From technique delivery to the way they carried themselves throughout a gruelling day, all 3 did themselves proud. Black belts can easily be watered down these days but there was not an ounce of that that went into what these guys did yesterday.
