Gratitude really is a thing isn’t it. Today I found out that I am definitely not 100% recovered from illness in the most humbling way possible. Gave my all for 4 minutes in a challenge and then took a near enough an hour before my heart rate returned to below 100bpm 🥵 but with that said, this time two weeks ago I couldn’t get out of bed for coughing, so yeah, grateful to be back on my feet.

Sometime I look at my students and I’m astonished at how far each of them have come in their respective journeys.

For some it’s coming to a weekly 121 session. Others it’s have PT on top of 3 or 4 classes per week. For some winning tournaments is the milestone and others it’s being able to knock out twenty press-ups when they couldn’t do 5.

The weeks add up and the time invested shows itself on the most random of occasion but those mini wins are what hit me in the heart out of nowhere and remind me why I do what I do.

Hey everybody! Not long now until we’re hopefully back down at the club doing what we love to do 🥊 I’ll be reaching out to people who’ve got sessions paid for to get you booked in soon, so I have a better idea of my diary and can see what space I have for anyone looking to start 💪🏾 speak soon!

Shorter hair and warmer weather when this was taken but looking forward to a week of training ahead regardless! I’m hoping to be open for as long as possible throughout Christmas as I feel like more time off is the last thing people want, I know I don’t!

I’ve got space available during the day times so if you have a set day off in the week or work shifts, make sure to drop me a message, ideally looking to fill a couple on a Monday and Wednesday morning
