Two ‘Strictly Demonstrations’ supplied by our comp crew, Andy and Emma performing their Strictly Paso Doble, and our younger members dancing the jive, along with tuition for the Cha Cha and Salsa.

So we’re evolving our Thursday mornings to be a mega Social ‘n Dance morning. No dance experience needed.

Two rooms of music, classes and social dancing.
You can dance, watch, chat, have a catch up with friends, make new ones, have a coffee, learn or improve, get up and move, or simply escape the world for a couple of hours, all for just £6.50, including tea, coffee and biscuits. Also included in our unlimited dance pass.
Dance hosts available so no partner needed.

Absolutely loving our new layout at The Palace 🥰
Nearly complete and ready for a season of busy functions 🕺🪩💃
A new layout for our very multi-use premises, but always with dancing at the front of all decisions.
New 30ft bar ready for those mega Northern soul events, private parties and presentations.
Meaning it’s easier to serve the 300 person events, the dj area is now larger, with the option of playing from 4 other locations, and with moveable stages, meaning you can have any layout imaginable! Plus put new 20ft Movie Screen!
And it’s a massive plus for our dancers as we’ve took the DJ booth and bar off the floor and moved them to an unused space, gaining 20m2 of extra dance floor space 🥰
The video doesn’t do it justice as it only shows half, and it isn’t complete yet.
Thank you so much to our amazing crew of volunteers, all retired, and all do it out of love for their club 🥰 special thanks to George who came in late night yesterday to wallpaper after all the building work was complete.
All done in less than 20 hours (two working days) meaning we didn’t have to close for a single class! INCREDIBLE!!!
