🐝 A buzz of excitement in our no-dig garden today as a swarm of bees made a temporary home in one of our fruit trees! Fortunately, beekeeper Gary was quick to safely relocate them to one of the empty beehives on the Farmhouse grounds.
Collecting and saving swarms like this is important as it helps maintain healthy bee populations, which are vital for pollination. Lucky for these bees, our blooming gardens and soon-to-flower wildflower meadow will provide plenty of work to keep them busy! 🐝☀️🌸
