Home from an event. No photos of this one as the heavens opened while we were still cooking the BBQ. And when I say heavens opened I mean torrential rain & thunder. Never mind, we still delivered the food & the client was very happy. A job well done.

It was an absolute pleasure to provide the catering for a week of Golden wedding anniversary celebrations for the lovely Colin & Karen in Letchworth last week. Three events over the course of the week & more profiteroles than you can shake a stick at.

Today has mostly been spent doing this!! Cold buffet for a private party. Roast beef sirloin, Teriyaki salmon, chicken in Parma ham & prawns in Marie Rose sauce, served with salads & new potatoes and desserts. Client was so grateful we came away with a bunch of flowers & a lovely bottle of fizz. So good to be back doing what we love to do.
