We are offering a balloon delivery service during the lockdown.
Please message me for your requirements. We have a minimum of £10 order. Please could you allow at least 3 days notice.
We can delivery free locally.

Our Christmas stock is now out.
A large range of cards and boxes.

We also have a new range of fashion bags and scarves in stock now. Great for gifts!

We have now increased the amount of customers from 2-4, with of course social distancing and the wearing of a face covering.
We look forward to seeing you.

Within the next week our Christmas card stock will be out.
Therefore we will be increasing the numbers of customers permitted in store, of course with social distancing and you will be required to wear a face covering.
Therefore we ask if you would pre- order balloons you need, especially if you require more than one and during busy periods.
You can do this via telephone, coming into the shop, or Thoughts Facebook balloons Hockley.
You can come in store for balloons but may be required to come back for them.

We have been back for a few weeks and have been busy, thanks to our loyal customers.
As you are aware, things are somewhat different for us all and we have guidelines and restrictions in place, which can make operating a little slower. We have been extremely busy with balloons and are getting a back log of customers waiting, therefore where possible could you please pre order your balloons, either via the telephone, facebook or pop in the shop to choose what you require and come back for collection.

We will be back for business tomorrow 15th June
You can visit the shop for all your balloons, or call us for a collection or delivery service.
Things are a little different as expected and we are adjusting to the new guidelines.
We are encouraging customers to do telephone orders or via Facebook, but you can still come in store for your balloons with social distancing.

Thoughts Cards and Balloons Hockley
As from the 15th of June we will be open for business, of course with safety measures and social distancing in place.
In the meantime from the 1st of June you can order Balloons via our page Thoughts balloons Hockley also you can
email us on [email protected] or [email protected]. If you could give us perhaps 3 days notice we would appreciate this until we reopen on the 15th.
We will also be offering a delivery service, local deliveries there will be no charge, further afield there would be a small charge.
Of course if you are requiring perhaps one balloon we would ask if you could collect from the rear of premises if possible.
On reopening on the 15th if possible we would ask you to telephone balloon orders on 01702 206740 and collect from our rear doors or arrange delivery this will make it safer for you and our staff.
We look forward to seeing you all once again.

A MESSAGE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS!

We are hoping to be back with you all in early June with all safety measures in place, and look forward to seeing you all again.
As well as our usual selection of cards and gifts we will be expanding our balloon dept to accommodate a delivery service, this will be by way of telephone orders for those who initially feel apprehensive about visiting the shop we will of course be offering our usual service for those who are happy to visit us albeit within social distancing guidelines.
Our ordering service will be subject to notice being given of at least 3 days notice for items in stock with 7 days notice of items needing to be ordered.
Payment for orders can be made via card over the telephone.
Deliveries will be subject to a delivery charge depending on distance.
