An early start on Sunday to get this hog roasting👨🍳 the meat was incredibly tender…. And the crackling that came off of this was incredible 🤩. Full menu provided to compliment:

Three cheese stuffed mushrooms to start, followed by Braised Lamb Shank and finished off with a lemon cheesecake with a Melting chocolate orb and creamy lemon drizzle 👌
