Hog Roast 🐖
An early start on Sunday to get this hog roasting👨‍🍳 the meat was incredibly tender…. And the crackling that came off of this was incredible 🤩. Full menu provided to compliment:
Stuffing, coleslaw & all the sauces
Selection of rolls/buns
Potato salad
Rice salad
Tricolore Salad
As well as hot dogs and pasta for the younger guests

Hired for an on-site Barbecue Buffet to celebrate 40 years of Marriage.
Menu consisted of : large antipasti board, tomato & mozzarella, lamb chops, Italian sausage, chicken in breadcrumbs, green salad, prawn & chorizo skewers, grilled mixed vegetables 😋 🍽 👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳

Dinner party ..... chef at home 👨‍🍳
We were pleased to have been asked to cater for a 40th birthday celebration and tailor a menu to suit.
Three cheese stuffed mushrooms to start, followed by Braised Lamb Shank and finished off with a lemon cheesecake with a Melting chocolate orb and creamy lemon drizzle 👌
