A shout out to my eldest Ollie who has been incredibly useful helping me with ABC on his year off! (He did escape for 7 months skiing). He’s been taught by the best and I really appreciate all of their help. He can now make a very good cocktail. This was sent to me by a client from a wedding recently. Thank you for a fab photo. Good luck at uni and you will be missed!! 🥂🍹

It’s been a super busy summer of weddings and parties and filet of beef, in some form, has been a firm favourite on many clients menus. It’s always winner!

Aranchini balls - always a firm favourite with clients, the waiting staff can never decide what their favourite is! Mushroom, butternut squash or pea & feta. All have mozzarella and pecorino in them to make them even tastier.

Deep in the middle of beautiful Hampshire weddings. This was from last week and the marquee looked absolutely beautiful and of course with amazing flowers by the wonderful
It was a particularly special wedding as this is the second wedding I have catered for them which is always a privilege and honour.

I am so lucky to see so many amazing settings for parties that I cater for. This one was particularly beautiful - a lovely Indian tent on the edge of a beautiful lake - I am always drawn to anything beside the water! Silent disco headphones on their chairs for after dinner!!

Throwback to a lovely sunny 60th birthday lunch at the end of June - delicious trout which I cured with lots of chilli, coriander, lime, lemongrass and ginger. The other main course was a delicious Asian filet of beef salad with a tangy dressing. Seconds were had all round! My lovely waiting staff handed round these two dishes and guests then helped themselves to salads which were placed down the long tables. Lovely bright and vibrant lunch!

Such a pretty water station at the wedding I catered for on Saturday - with a glorious sunny day the water station was well needed, along of course with delicious English sparkling wine from nyetimber ☀️ 🍾🥂💦

Sunday was back to the wedding marquee for a drinks party with lots of canapés. Loving that some of my children and now working with me - they are proving to be exceptionally helpful! These salmon and dill fish cakes with a caper and crème fraiche topping looked and tasted delicious.

Wow what a weekend for a wedding! A truly lovely two days spent catering for this lovely family. It’s the second wedding I have done for them which I always feel is an honour. Amazing team of ABC chefs and waiting staff and some fantastic suppliers and I love working with them all @29.fingers
