Due to my forecast weather telling me we have severe rain from 5pm all the way through Friday evening.
It really isn't worth us opening.
We are looking into deliveries and we will perhaps do pre-orders moving forwards.

Unfortunately Serial Grillaz will be closed this evening and tomorrow.
We had someone break in and Im Guessing had a little nosey about for some money.

Fresh food is expensive! How much do you think we are making?
Your lucky if we make £20 profit a night.
And
Who the f**k leaves the money tin on the premises?

If you was that desperate for money I would happily lend it to ya!!!

Anyway we are gonna have to throw the food out, just as a precaution.
It don't look like you touched it but I need to be confident in the products I sell.

It's nothing that a new lock and some cctv won't fix.
And that will be installed in the next 90minutes.

If anyone wants to come along next Wednesday and show your support by buying off of us then brilliant.

We are opening TODAY with our lovely tomohawks, grass fed fillet steaks, steak burgers, Bratwurst sausages and chilli salted pork belly.
All cooked perfectly on the chargrill.

My special beef madras is back on tonight from 17.30.

Made in house I create it milder than the madras you are used to.
It's not often it comes around and is always asked for.
£10 per portion with a coke and naan

Beef is of the highest quality as always.

Will be starting off about 15miles away, trying to get a feel for the best beef burgers out there.

**NEWS LETTER**

Today, we have been going exactly 4 months and what a disaster ..
I mean success it has been!
We have met some brilliant people, and cooked some ok(ish) food.
I have done most of this solo, except when you see my brother and partner kaine pop in from time to time and cook some chips (what a legend lol)

I would be lying if I said this was easy, it's been bloody difficult. And for some reason I keep soldiering on.
I have so many ideas in the pipeline it's ridiculous, but also exciting..
The results of our last poll was conclusive and there will be chances for people to get some genuine Japanese wagyu end of October.

We have aligned ourselves over the last few months with https://somelikeithot.shop/
Which provide us with all our unique imported sauces
For steaks , chicken and our gourmet German hotdogs
I tested about 30 sauces maybe bloody more and I found a nice bunch that compliment our menu.
So big thankyou to them.. if you like any of the sauces either come and see me or go direct through the website.

We are still going ahead with 'just eats' .. are they the best ones?

I'm worried that the quality of food delivered , won't be as good as the food collected.

a just eats mcdonalds is useless at the best of times unless it's a big tasty, but by the time its delivered may as well go straight in the bin anyone else agree?

Horley Cricket Club Pavilion is having a bonfire and fireworks party (not sure if I'm ment to say that yet)
It's on the 11th november of course we will be doing the food,
Loads chargrilled chicken, steaks, burgers and hotdogs,
Few jacket potatoes and if your lucky maybe my Serial Grillaz mild bavette madras.

My favourite Food has always been bolognaise and carbonara,
I'm highly considering getting those in the trailer over the winter.
That would mean dropping an item or 2 or finding a helper like grace.. wherever she is (somewhere out there) letting the team down cus she has college now 🤣.

He done a blinding job so I hear.
Even if it was a stressful one.

That is pretty much everything.
we have steaks , burgers , pork belly as per usual.
Oh kids menu is now off until the holidays so no more 5 pound hotdogs or burgers but obvs adult variants are available.

Oh and we will be doing a breakfast baps in the morning this Saturday.

£5 with a hot drink so if ya passing by and feel peckish drop in.

Happy Friday everyone...
We are open from 17.00 today but may close by 19.30 given the forecast!

Ribeye steaks and sirloin.

Got a couple of what I can only describe as dinosaur steaks. They are massive both ribeye and sirloin, easy 12oz plus looking by eye £13 each ....have around 10.

The smaller 8oz are a tenner each with chips

6oz burgers and chips £8 for today

Jerk chicken and rice with coleslaw is on,
sorry about the last batch it blows your head off, its toned down now.

Recently we have had some exclusive sauces from around the world, we are trying hard to get stocked, from the samples we had.
They are lovely, because of the price I'm trying to think how we can integrate it.

Oh and did I mention our big mac flavour chips that I'm hoping to get back on real soon.

If anyone knows where to buy horseradish from locally please let me know as would love that to be homemade,
I will also make a nice chilli onion jam using Paul Hollands fresh home grown chillies.

Not sure how much they will be but it will be affordable for what it is..

Next up our big discount day (last Wednesday was epic.
Spent the day upset the weather was bad, thought nobody would turn up because of the rain.
HOW WRONG WAS I !!
All of you was brilliant.. I couldn't thankyou enough.
I said it was going to be a one off thing!!
But with support like that, in that weather.. I can't help but feel like we owe you all again.
We are just such a small business I don't think you as customers will ever understand how much it means to us.
WE WILL DO IT AGAIN!!!!
sorry to all those that didn't get what you wanted, we will do things differently in our advertisement. We made a couple of mistakes.
We are new we live , learn and rectify.

Lastly we have a second small mobile trailer that we will be using for events..

Hi really sorry everyone, due to bad weather and a cricket club bbq , we decided to close the doors.
It's not a regular occurrence.
And Sunday isn't a usual day of trade for us.
