Christmas certainly starts to feel a bit closer when the clocks go back! Whilst we are back to regular farming again until wedding season 2025 begins, have borrowed our lovely little for their display.

Finally a moment to thank Amy and Antony for choosing Bysshe Court Barn for their special day earlier in September and also to thank for sending me these beautiful images of their wedding.
Also thanks to and who provided lovely words and amazing food. Martha, Eva and Georgia were superstars and Charlie was a true cocktail 🍸 Boss!
September was our busiest month this year and thank goodness the weather was kind for our couples who chose the month for their celebration 👏

Like everyone else, we’ve been busy battling the rain and wind and I’m not going to lie, it’s been very challenging on the farm with such severe weather again and again. But just when you need it most, Mother Nature graces you with something of beauty and recharges your batteries over again 🪫

A glorious morning dawned on our final wedding of 2023: Jan and Graham enjoyed a simple but beautiful weekend wedding at Bysshe to help us round off a remarkable season. Mark and I want to express our heartfelt thanks to all the fantastic couples who chose our place to host their very special days and also to thank all the wonderful caterers, bar staff, speciality goods providers, florists, event stylists, prop hire companies, bands, tent providers, photographers, and everyone else who has helped us have such a wonderful season.
We will be concentrating on preparing the farm for the autumn and oncoming winter season. There are still some dates available for weekend weddings in 2024 and 2025, so do please get in touch.
Allan Bailey provided lovely music. Angelica’s Cakes made the unbelievably delicious wedding cake.

Two drivers, one tractor: Our vintage Massey Ferguson has been pulling its weight with Mark in the sunshine this week as we make the most of ideal farming weather. This lovely old tractor is a great workhorse as well as doubling up for guest pics in the yard during a wedding at Bysshe. Wedding picture courtesy of at the wedding of .agate and last July.
