After a busy week...and hectic weekend...finally got these lovelies out. Naked wedding cake...Vanilla Sponge with homemade Buttercream, and Strawberry Jam and 200 mini desserts: GF Brownies, Jammie Dodger Blondies, Snickers Cheesecake and Lemon Meringue Pie. All homemade by me this week. Always love making mini desserts...they look so cute and taste so good!!!

Another birthday cake made to order today. A small one for 6 people. Chocolate fudge cake, with homemade chocolate genache, topped with sprinkles and gummies! A little grown up and a little kid...just right for a 14 year old x

A few things from this weekend:
We did burger and fries at . Loaded fries (with cheese, bacon bits, spring onions and sourcream), chilli fries (with homemade chilli, jalapeños and sourcream) and a variety of local butcher burgers from Bottrill Butchers of Hornsea.
Then I made a birthday cake for a lovely lady, Vanilla Sponge with fresh cream and berries. Get in touch for any catering needs you might have. We can cater for all things x

I don't use food colourings in my cakes in general. I go natural. But my twins wanted a rainbow cake for their 5th birthday. So. They got a rainbow cake. It's a vanilla sponge layered with homemade mixed berry jam and cream cheese frosting, topped with vallina frosting, a shed load of sprinkles and rainbow icing. They were happy!!!

34 Mothers Day afternoon teas done.

Last night I catered a hen do for 11 lovely ladies. I was honoured to be asked to feed them, and really enjoyed myself. I hope they did too!
Flatterned chicken with herbs and garlic, Roast Pork and crackling and a vegetarian harrisa roasted vegetable tart, with sides of dauphinoise potatoes, roasted new potatoes, green beans, grilled asparagus, petit pois, red cabbage, salad and crusty bread.
Followed by mini desserts of Brownie, Cherry bakewell, Lemon tart and Chocolate strawberries.

Next time you have people over, why not let me cook for you. I'll take the stress off for you, so you can enjoy tine with friends and family.
