We hope you’re all doing well! Here are some snapshots from our two day mystical Wiccan event that took place in November. These photos are from the 9th of November—we still have to upload our own photos from the 10th of November. Additionally, our professional pictures will be uploaded shortly, and we’re so excited to share them with you. The photographer has captured some truly stunning moments!

For those eager to plan ahead, we’ll be announcing our 2025 events within the next two weeks as we finalize the details behind the scenes.

We’ll also be releasing the 2025 dates for our spiritual paranormal classes in Horsham and Worthing very soon—expect an update within the next week or two.

We’ve got you covered! Our Two day event Mystical, Spiritual & Wiccan Event will have a dedicated security team to ensure:
1. Safety and Protection: Security personnel will maintain the safety of all attendees, staff, and performers.
2. Crowd Control: They will manage the crowd to prevent overcrowding, organize lines.
3. Emergency Response: In case of emergencies, such as medical incidents, fires, or evacuations, our security team is trained to respond swiftly and effectively.
4. Access Control: Entrances and exits will be monitored closely to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry.

Who’s excited for the weekend? Just two more sleeps to go! If you’re feeling a bit tender or would like to book a healing massage or reading service, remember it’s first-come, first-served. If you’re eager to secure a spot, I recommend arriving early. Doors open at 11 am, so head straight to the practitioner you feel drawn to. If they’re busy, simply add your name to their time slot and return when it’s your turn.

The same applies to our meditations and workshops in the Lower Queens and Upper Queens rooms. These are on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the room is fully booked, no more people will be allowed in until the next talk. We highly recommend arriving a bit early to secure your spot for your preferred talk or meditation session.

Two-Day Mystical, Wiccan, and Spiritual Event
Date: Saturday & Sunday, 9th & 10th November 2024
Venue: Norfolk Pavilion, South of England Event Centre, Selsfield Road, Ardingly, West Sussex, RH17 6TL
Time: Doors open at 11 AM and close at 4 PM

Remembrance Silence:
On Sunday, 10th November, we will observe a two-minute silence at 11:00 AM in remembrance of those who served before opening the doors.

Venue Details:

Please find attached a photo of the Prince's Gate entrance, map of the event centre, look out for Zone 6 on the map the Norfolk Pavilion building, along with photos of the building from the side and front views. Look for our black banners at the entrance, guiding you to Zone 6 at the Norfolk Pavilion, where the event will take place. To ensure a smooth arrival, security will be stationed at the main gate to direct you to the event location and assist with parking.

Arrival: Look for our black banners at the entrance of Norfolk Pavilion in Zone 6. Security at the main gate will direct you to parking and the venue entrance. A map and photos of the building are attached for easy navigation.
Parking:
Park in the car park outside the Norfolk Pavilion. If it’s full, use the driveway, parking in a single line.

Raffle:
The raffle will take place at 1:30 PM at the entrance area each day. Ticket purchases automatically enter you into the raffle. Winners who miss the draw will be notified by email.

Event Schedule:
We have an exciting line-up of talks, meditations, platform readings, and workshops. They’ll be held in the Lower Queens Room (ground floor) and Upper Queens Room (upstairs). We will have a notice board & leaflets ready to handout with all the details on our talks & entertainment for the day.

If you need medical assistance during the event, please head to our first aid station located at the front entrance. Our team will do their best to provide immediate care. This area also serves as the lost child point. Please report to our security staff at the entrance, who will be ready to assist you.

The Lost Child Point is located on the ground floor near the entrance where you first came in. Signs will be placed at the designated table to help you locate this point.

I really want to share another students’ experiences because it’s truly amazing. In this workshop, you’ll be gently guided to enjoy a cup of specially prepared, high-grade cacao, sipped slowly and mindfully, with music and a brief shamanic drumming journey to enrich the experience.

A cacao ceremony is no ordinary gathering; it blends ancient wisdom and spiritual practices with the powerful energy of cacao to create a truly transformative experience. Participants often experience emotional release, heightened intuition, and a deep sense of community and connection.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Phyllis Chan, who will lead a rejuvenating Sound Healing Ceremony, a calming Guided Meditation, and share her insights in Menopause: A Doctor’s Perspective.

We’re also thrilled to introduce Maria, our scientist, who will explore the science behind brain function and mental health, connecting it to daily well-being. Maria will demonstrate mindfulness techniques such as meditation exercises, positive affirmations, grounding, and crystal healing.
