The Holbrook Club HIIT Studio is a new style of HIIT workout that we offer at The Holbrook Club. Each class is a 45-minute session of high intensity training that switch between cardio and floor exercises. Your training is tracked by using MyZone heart rate monitor belts. You don’t need to be a member to attend anything here at The Holbrook Club - we welcome everyone however members do receive discounts on refreshments and some ticketed events so why not come along to see what we have to offer. We are family friendly too 👍

About Us

Built on the grounds of Meadowlands Farm in the 1960’s The Holbrook Club has been part of the Horsham landscape for over 40 years. Built originally as the sports and social club for employees of Sun Alliance the club still has members from back in those early days.

Over the years the club has gradually added to its facilities through support from Sun Alliance and from the 1996 Royal and Sun Alliance and much of what you see now at our Club is as a result of that support.

In 2003 after 35 years of private membership Royal and Sun Alliance severed their ties and the Holbrook Club was born, a not-for-profit organisation led by (unpaid) volunteer Directors.
