The 1st draft timetable was sent last week - the deadline for changes was yesterday - we will now be editing the timetable to send the final timetable in the next couple of days to you all - music deadline is Sunday - any issues please let us know 🧡

The lovely Zoe will be joining us in room three 🧡 and adjudicating our younger competitors and novices 🧡👇🏼below is more about Zoe 🧡

Zoe Valentine- Bird R.A.D. TC dip/ A.I.D.T.A. / L.N.A.T.D.

Zoe trained at Laine Theatre Arts & The Royal Academy of Dance.
With over 30 years experience in teaching, she has taught pupils at all age groups and takes great pride in their achievements. Notably, Principal dancers in both Birmingham Royal Ballet and English National Ballet, West End & UK tour performers, King’s coronation concert, Backing dancers for Dua Lipa, Kylie, Take That, Cheryl Cole, Girls Aloud, Dancing on Ice, films such as Harry Potter, Disney’s Dumbo, Cats. Singers in X factor & The Voice, International performers appearing on Cruise Ships, Moulin Rouge, Paris.
Zoe’s early career saw her touring in musicals Annie & Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Bugsy Malone at Her Majesty’s, regional theatre credits King & I, My Fair Lady, Sound of Music plus numerous pantomimes. She also appeared in several TV adverts, children’s programmes, Monty Python Film ‘The Meaning of Life’ and vocalist for many concerts and corporate events.
During 20 years of running her own successful school she produced and directed shows for hundreds of students, choreographed for local theatre companies and entered dancers into festivals and competitions. Zoe has also mentored teachers through R.A.D. teacher training and N.A.T.D. associates. A number of ex-pupils now teach and several have their own dance studios as far as Canada, Sweden & Australia.
Zoe believes that dance should be accessible to all and has enjoyed working on performing arts projects for adults with learning disabilities and the elderly. It is with great joy that she continues to share her extensive knowledge and experience with young people, encouraging confidence, self-discipline and a positive attitude. These life skills plus Zoe’s warm friendly approach has helped her students succeed in their careers and life goals.

More about Jodie below 👇🏼

Passionate about potential, creativity and motivation Jodie thrives in a performing arts education setting. She graduated from Bird College with Distinction winning the Dancing Times Choreography Award. Following her training she enjoyed a diverse performing career appearing in commissioned work for Dance Umbrella to open the British Library and travelling worldwide on luxury cruise liners as well as commercials and many pantomime and summer seasons both in the UK and Europe.
The BRIT School is her regular creative home where she has successfully initiated and produced some exciting multi arts projects. Jodie holds several roles teaching a range of techniques as well as writing, choreographing and directing performance work. She has expertise in technical advancement, artistic development and producing. Jodie works closely with industry partners including Matthew Bournes New Adventures, Dollie Henry OBE, The BRIT Awards & many elite sporting organisations.
Jodie’s freelance engagements include examining, teaching and mentoring under the banners of the ISTD and The Dang Theatre & Dance Syllabus as well as delivering workshops and creating for various corporate events, flash mobs and pantomimes. Jodie holds an MA in Creative Practice in Education from the University of Chester, QTS and Fellowship status with the ISTD. She is an Adjudicator member of The British and International Federation of Festivals and has served on the Adjudicator Council leading the team on the development of the new BIFF marking scheme. Jodie is an Adjudicator and Trustee for All England Dance and is a Certified Adjudicator for Acrobatic Arts. Jodie has been a guest speaker for the FA Talent ID Conference, Loughborough University young leaders programme and Razzamatazz Theatre Schools Project Intense.

We have now sent our info and entry sheets to all schools that have previously attended our events (please check your email/ junk) if by the 1st of October all spaces have not been filled, we will send our waiting list schools all the details and entry sheets.🧡🧡🧡
